Fair Haven Camps

Fair Haven Camps is actually two camps in one.  During the summer we operate EAST HAVEN for boys and WEST HAVEN for girls.  Both camps can be accessed from route 203 and are located 4/10 apart.  During the fall, winter, and spring almost all activities take place on West Haven.

FROM BANGOR: (about 1 hour)

1. From I-95 take the ME-69 exit 174 to Carmel/Winterport
2. Turn left at Hampden Rd/Carmel Rd N    1.9 mi
3. Turn right at Western Ave/Route 202 & 9   11 mi
4. Turn left at Moosehead Trl/Route 7    9.4 mi
5. Turn right at flashing red light in Brooks Route 139 W    1.4 mi
6. Turn left at Lang Hill Hwy/Route 203   2.1 mi
7. Turn right onto Pond Hill Rd.  Pond Hill Rd is 0.6 miles past Skyscraper Hill Rd
8. FAIR HAVEN CAMPS WEST – for Girls Follow Pond Hill Road  2.2mi
9. Turn right onto West Fairhaven Lane. .5 mi to the Girls Lodge
10. FAIR HAVEN CAMPS EAST – for Boys Continue past Pond Hill Road 0.4 mi
11. Turn right onto  EAST HAVEN Drive – follow to Boys Lodge

FROM CAMDEN:  ( 45 min)

1. Follow US-1 N.  18.8 Mi
2. Take the ramp toward Belfast / Brooks / Freedom  0.1 Mi
3. Turn left onto ME-7 / ME-137 / Waldo Ave. Continue to follow ME-7 / ME-137
4. Continue with Belfast Directions

FROM SEARSPORT:  (30 min)

1. Follow US-1 S / ME-3 S.  5.6 Mi
2. Take the ramp toward ME-137 / Downtown Belfast and Waterfront.  0.2 Mi
3. Turn left onto High St.  0.04 Mi
4. Take immediate 1st left onto Vine St.  0.2 Mi
5. Take the 1st right onto ME-7 / ME-137 / Waldo Ave.
6. Continue with Belfast Directions

FROM BELFAST: (20 min)

1. Follow ME-7 / ME-137    2.3 Mi
2. Turn right onto Head of the Tide Rd / ME-7.  Head of the Tide Rd is just past Shepard Rd  0.4 Mi
3. Stay left on the sharp corner onto ME-7 / W Waldo Rd.  Follow ME-7.  3.8 Mi
4. At blinking light – Turn left onto Waldo Station Rd / ME-131  0.7 Mi
