Facility Rentals
- Rental groups will be held responsible for damage to facilities occurring during their functions.
- All damage will be reported to the General Manager.
- Improper use of a facility by any group will be cause for denial of further use.
- Smoking, drinking, and other drugs are prohibited in all buildings and grounds at Fair Haven Camps.
- At the conclusion of an activity, the rental group is responsible to restore the facility to its original condition including:
- moving tables, chairs, equipment, etc. back to original location,
- shut off all lights, and
- assuring that all participants and attendees have left the facility.
- The rental groups will assume all janitorial responsibility including, but not limited to: pickup and removal of all trash and garbage (may be put in our dumpster), sweeping and mopping of floors, cleaning kitchen (if used), and other areas, as necessary.
- Rental groups will monitor all areas of a facility to assure that all participants and attendees are adhering to these regulations.
- Please bring your own sports equipment: sleds, tubes (air is available), basketballs, ping pong paddles and balls, etc.
- Phone use. Only collect calls and calling card calls are allowed. Calls must be made from the office connected to the lodge. The other office is off limits.
Rental groups must have and show proof of their own insurance coverage for the group, and provide a complete doctrinal statement representing the renting organization’s beliefs
