INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

Please Read Carefully

1.  A Non-Refundable Deposit is required with your registration.  Please have your Debit/Credit Card or check book available.  If you are unable to pay your deposit today, you may opt to download, print, fill out, and mail your registration forms.

2.  Please have your health insurance information ready.

3.  Please allow 20 minutes for the Registration Process.  The Registration process will time-out and you will have to start all over if you leave the system idle for more than 7 min.

4.  VERY IMPORTANT: If you have used the online registration in the past,please do not create a new account!!  This will cause multiple accounts for one camper.  If you have forgotten your password, please contact the FHC Offices to create a new one.

5.  All Registration Confirmations will be sent via Email.  All online users will receive email confirmation with pertinent attachments to be filled out and returned.

6.  Technical Trouble:  Please call our offices at 207-722-3456 if you are having trouble with the online registration process.
