Have you considered becoming a member?

Fair Haven Camps is a non-profit organization that is governed by a board of directors and membership body. By becoming a member, you can take part in the direction of Fair Haven and help support this thriving ministry.

Why become a member?

Members drive the direction of Fair Haven Camps and play an integral role in it’s future by voting on key issues, sharing what is happening at camp with their community, and taking a first hand role in camp ministries, meetings, and activities. Becoming a member is also the first step towards a deeper role as a board member.

How do you become a member?

The first step to becoming a member is to speak with a current member or board member. There is a simple membership application that must be filled out, indicating that you agree with the doctrinal statement and requirements. Lastly, a vote must take place at either a membership meeting or during a board meeting.

Why do we want members?

As a non-profit organization, we are required to have a board of directors, but having a diverse membership is healthy for camp. Different people with differing backgrounds and experience offer unique insight to help the ministry run smoothly. From contractors to business people, to young adults who were counselors, most everyone can offer a point of view that keeps us strong and serving our community.
