Summer Staff Applications are open!

Returning staff from the 2025 year can fill out a 2026 Returning Staff Application.
If you did not work at Fair Haven in summer 2025, please complete the 2026 Staff Application. This includes those who participated in the SaLT program.

Specialty certification training (which includes Archery, Riflery, Lifeguarding, Ropes Course, CPR/First Aid) may be prior to staff orientation. Dates will be communicated to those hired.
Staff orientation begins on Friday June 26th and goes until Friday July 3rd. Orientation is a requirement for staff and counseling staff will be staying at camp this entire week.
Week 1: July 5th-10th
Week 2: July 12th-17th
Week 3: July 19th-24th
Week 4: July 28th-31st
Week 5: August 2nd-7th
At the end of the summer there will be a special staff celebration and dinner and the following day (Saturday August 8th) everyone will work together to clean camp and take inventory.

The state of Maine requires we contact 3 references for returning and new staff.
Please be sure to list 3 in your application and make sure each person knows we will be contacting them via phone/email.
Timely responses from your references is appreciated and will make for a quicker turnaround.
