• Specialty certification training (which includes Archery, Riflery, Lifeguarding, Ropes Course, CPR/First Aid) may be prior to staff orientation. Dates will be communicated to those hired.

• Staff orientation begins on Friday June 25th and goes until Friday July 2nd. Orientation is a requirement for staff and counseling staff will be staying at camp this entire week.

• Week 1: July 4-9

• Week 2: July 11-18

• Week 3: July 18-23

• Week 4: July 25-30

• Week 5: August 1-6

At the end of the summer there will be a special staff celebration and dinner and the following day (Saturday August 7th) everyone will work together to clean camp and take inventory.

• The state of Maine requires we contact 3 references for returning and new staff.

• Please be sure to list 3 in your application and make sure each person knows we will be contacting them via phone/email.

• Timely responses from your references is appreciated and will make for a quicker turnaround.
