Start a Camp Savings Jar

Give your camper a jar, envelope, or special savings box just for camp.

• Money from selling crafts or baked goods

• A portion of babysitting or yard-work earnings

• Money earned from helping neighbors

Ask Your Church

Don't forget to talk with your church early!
Many churches have funds available to help children attend Christian camps. Talk with your pastor, youth leader, missions committee, or church administrator about whether your church offers camp sponsorships.

Starting the conversation early gives your church more time to plan and budget for assistance.

Have a Lemonade Stand

Never underestimate the power of a good lemonade stand! Pick a Saturday, make some lemonade, and invite your neighbors to support your camper's camp goal. You could even add cookies, baked goods, or handmade crafts.

Offer to Help a Neighbor

Camp can be a great reason for kids to learn the value of hard work! Depending on your child's age, they could earn money by helping with:
